"Driver Driver" Privacy Policy
1. Login
In order to use a driver system
you must make an initial connection. This connection is required to ensure that
only visually impaired people use the system. Therefore, before you can get a
username and password for the system, you will need to present any document
regarding your visual impairment. In addition, users who use other Philosophy
Mobile systems, such as easy-to-read software, could log in to the system using
their username in the corresponding systems.
2. Collection of location data.
In order to provide you with data on stations near your physical location, we need
to find out where you are at the moment. In addition, the ability to signal to
the driver that you are waiting at the station will only be possible in
situations where we can make sure that you are waiting at the station while
sending the message. For the reasons stated, it will not be possible to run the
system without obtaining location permissions.
3. Push alerts
In order to notify you when the bus is approaching, and to signal to you that the
bus you are traveling on is approaching the destination station, we must send
the push opinions to your mobile device. We therefore ask you to confirm this
permission as well.
4. Collection of
usage data.
During the use of the application
we collect and store the following data:
4.1. Messages you sent to the driver, including place time, and whether they
eventually reached the driver.
4.2. How to use, what you were looking for, what we found for you.
5. What do we not keep in the system?
The system does not save where it was at any
given time, we do not record your location or the routes you actually
did. Your location is saved only when you place an order or report an
accessibility issue.
6. Identification details
Some of the identification details you can enter into the system include ID number, full name, email
address and mobile phone number. This data will be used by us to send you
copies of your complaints, to contact you if necessary and so that we can send
you SMS messages if necessary. You do not have to fill in this data. If you
prefer not to receive messages you can simply not fill in the required fields.
7. Disengagement.
At any time you can
contact us by email at philosofoft.ltd@gmail.com so that we can disconnect you
from the system, the disconnection will take place within one business day.
Additionally, if you want to make sure that the app does not collect data, you
can block access to the device settings or remove the app if necessary.
8. Transfer of information to another party.
With the exception of reporting an accessibility issue that the user creates, Philosophy
Mobile undertakes not to transfer information containing identifying
information to an external party.
The Ministry of Transportation will pass data
on the use of the application, this information will not include a way that
allows a certain action to be assigned to this or that user, in other words:
the Ministry of Transportation will know that a certain number of people
ordered one bus line or another.
9. Reporting an accessibility issue
In addition to non-identifying information,
Philosophy Mobile will provide the Transportation Operator, and the Department
of Transportation, with a report of an accessibility issue, in
the event that you create such a report. The above report will also
include information that allows you to be identified, in
order to contact us if necessary.
10. Testing the system against intrusions
We make great efforts to maintain your
privacy, including we carry out inspections by external parties regarding the
possibility of hacking into the system.
